The Sydney Academy of Sports is again the 2026 Sydney International Cup onsite accommodation partner, and official SIC Tournament residential facility. The Sydney Academy of Sports offers teams bespoke accommodation options with access to onsite training pitches (natural and synthetic grass), meeting room and laundry facilities. In 2026 we will offer a limited number of packages including meals making it easy for managers to organise and include onsite dinner, breakfast and lunch catering to individual dietary requirements. In previous years teams staying at the Sydney Academy of Sports during the Sydney International Cup have enjoyed a great team bonding experience.

Below you will find various types of accommodation options for your team during the event – subject to availability. Accommodation packages have be specially prepared for the Sydney International Cup at a discounted rate.

Simply look at the Sydney Academy of Sport Accommodation & Venue map then choose your preferred accommodation option and secure your booking by paying the deposit for your chosen room(s). Depending on your group size, there are different bed configutaion options available. One of our SIC Operations staff will then contact you to discuss your team’s requirements. 

To help making team organisation easier, we offer flexible payment options including automatic monthly card instalments. 

Onsite Accommodation and Meals Packages include:-

• King single bed in chosen accommodation style: Dormitory Lodge, Freshwater Cabin, Motel.
• Hot meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner) commencing with dinner on your day of arrival to breakfast on your day of departure.
• Access to training pitches (grass and synthetic), swimming pool and gym (subject to booking terms and availability).
• Function rooms available for team meetings.
• Access to Laundry facilities (BYO detergent).
• Car and bus parking.

Meals

The Sydney Academy of Sport’s qualified catering team prepare nutritious and delicious meals.  Catering adheres to the NSW Healthy School Canteen strategy endorsed by NSW Education and have created our menu to include healthy meal options that will provide energy throughout the day. 

If your team has any special dietary requirements or food allergies, this will be communicated by parents and managed by our catering team. Dietary requirements are taken very seriously and extra precautions implemented to ensure suitable, similar alternatives to the main menu are provided.  We follow strict procedures in the preparation and service of those meals.

The catering team is experienced in catering for allergies, medical conditions, cultural and lifestyle preferences such as vegetarians or vegans.

Optional Extras for Teams Staying On Site

Scheduled guided activities such as Archery, Canoeing and Orienteering can be booked around your team’s games.

Linen packages are available for a once off cost per person/stay, linen isn’t included in the daily rate to keep costs as low as possible.
